The delivery times are provided by the manufacturer. We will pass this on to you. But we have no influence on delays/different delivery times! This means that the individual items may be available earlier or much later than stated in the offer.

My online shop does not have the classic user account that you would find in most online shops. If you want to view the orders you have already placed, click on “My User Account” at the bottom of the online shop. Enter the email address you last used to place an order there. You will then receive an immediate link via email. As soon as you click on the link in the email, your order overview will open.

You can see a list of shipping costs for each item in the online shop. These are always linked below the item price.

You are also welcome to collect orders from me or “park” models with me to save shipping costs.

It can always happen that individual models are available at different times. Available models are always invoiced. However, you can have the models stored to save shipping costs until further models from your order(s) are available. Simply write us an email.

Pre-orders can be canceled. The reasons for this are not important. But please remember that if you cancel a pre-order, we reserve the right to only be able to offer you pre-orders against 100% advance payment in the future. If a pre-order is repeatedly canceled, we will stop trading with you.

If you cancel a pre-order for which you have paid the 10% deposit in advance, the deposit will be refunded.

Yes. We check each model for damage before shipping it to you. This way we can prevent discrepancies. For models that are delivered in closed Styrofoam packaging, we open the packaging and check the goods.
